It comes after the President posted 37 minutes of footage of the chaotic interview on his Facebook page last Thursday - days before the show was due to go on air.
Trump wrote in the caption: “Look at the bias, hatred and rudeness on behalf of 60 Minutes and CBS."
The new CBS footage shows the moment the President storms off, as he tells one of the show's producers that "we have enough of an interview here".
Trump then gets up from his chair and walks past the cameras, as a confused Stahl says: “I’ve got a lot of questions I didn’t ask”.
Stahl, in her introduction to Sunday’s show, said: “We had prepared to talk about the many issues and questions facing the president, but in what has become an all-too-public dust-up, the conversation was cut short.
“It began politely, but ended regrettably, contentiously.”
Kayleigh McEnany, the White House press secretary, then enters the interview room with a large folder containing Trump’s “health care plan”.
In a voiceover, Stahl says: “It was heavy. Filled with executive orders, congressional initiatives, but no comprehensive health plan”.
Asked if the President will return to the interview, McEnany tells Stahl: “The President’s given you a lot of time.”Kayleigh McEnany, the White House press secretary, gives Stahl a large folder with Trump's 'health care plan' It comes after Trump released footage of the interview on Twitter last weekCredit: Twitter
Vice president Mike Pence, the next to be interviewed, adds that Trump was not interested in “back and forth with the media”.
Pence continues: "Lesley, President Trump is a man who speaks his mind.”
The President was meant to return later to film a segment with Pence in the Rose Garden - but he did not turn up.
At the beginning of the interview, Trump is immediately irritated when Stahl asks: “Are you ready for some tough questions?”
And as he prepared to walk off, the President brought this up directly.
He said: “Excuse me. Lesley you started with your first statement was are you ready for tough questions. That's no way to talk."
Trump also accused the media of giving Democratic nominee Joe Biden “softball” questions.
He added: “I’ve seen his interviews, he’s never been asked a question that’s hard.”
He also defended his decision to hold large rallies during the coronavirus pandemic, and said his campaign had encouraged rally goers to wear face masks.
But Trump believed the show would be edited to "make him look bad."
A White House staff member told the Post that Trump "overreacted", adding: "The interview was not that bad. She just had a tone he didn’t like.”
