Aldi has launched a mouthwatering and visually pleasing limited-edition glitter globe gin.
And the best part? It costs only £12.99.
The Glitter Globe Peach & Elderflower Gin Liqueur is the newest edition to Aldi’s Infusionist range and will sit alongside a wide range of summer drinks as part of its new April Spirits Festival range.
A seriously refreshing tipple, the gin is infused with peach and elderflower, and once shaken flecks of 23-carat gold leaf can be seen.
‘Joining Aldi’s already popular Infusionist range, this snow globe bottle will inspire shoppers to go for gold and indulge on a tasty gin liqueur infused with sweet peach and elderflower – ideal for a refreshing Bank Holiday tipple,’ Aldi says.
‘All that’s left to do is shake to wake the flecks of 23-carat gold leaf.’
We recommend pairing the gin with tonic, lemonade or even Prosecco for extra bite. And don’t forget the ice and frozen fruit.
The Aldi glitter gin will be available online at www.aldi.co.uk and in stores from April 22nd.
Marks and Spencer’s also released its own gin liqueur glitter globe in Cherry Blossom flavour during the week.
The brand’s version is priced at £17 and is described as having a ‘hint of cherry and peach’ and shines with 23-carat gold leaf, like its Aldi counterpart.
The release comes after its light-up snow globe gin which went on sale at Christmas. A hit with shoppers at the time, there is no doubt the same success will follow for the summer option.
However, with two glitter globe gins on sale, which one will you choose?
