The girls were found alive by police near Erick, Oklahoma on Saturday. According to police, it's not yet known when the alleged murders and abduction took place.
In September, Jackson posted a series of chilling messages on his Facebook page.
"Be nice to the demons, they make decent pets," he wrote on September 13.
One day prior, he posted: "You can be as deceptive as you want, but you can not hide the nature of an animal."
"When you have to lie to the mother's body to carry your seed, do not expect the abomination to succeed," he said on September 10.
Earlier, he shared a meme which read: "BLM: Baby lives matter".The girls were allegedly kidnapped before they were found unharmed. The baby was not involved.Credit: Facebook Nora Jackson, 7, and Aven Jackson, 3, were reported missing from their home in Leavenworth, KansasCredit: AP:Associated Press
According to Leavenworth County Court records, Jackson filed for divorce from his wife, Tara, on August 20, 2019.
Their next hearing was scheduled for November 12, 2020. On September 4, 2020, records show his attorney was granted permission to withdraw and Jackson began representing himself.
Neighbors said the couple lived separately, KCTV5 reports.
They said the two boys lived with Jackson at the rural Leavenworth County home, according to the news outlet.
The two girls who were abducted, they said, lived with their mother in Lansing. But they said Jackson visited his wife and the girls often, as recently as Thursday. The couple also had a baby, they said, who is approximately eight months old.Donald Ray Jackson, 40, is believed to have abducted his children Credit: AP:Associated Press
Officers who were called to the home at the 14900 block of Hillside Road found two boys dead and their sisters missing around 1pm on Saturday, police said.
One of the children was supposed to be at a soccer game Saturday, but didn’t show. Family members then went to the home where they found the boys, the Kansas City Star reports.
A search ensued across multiple states and an Amber Alert for the two girls was issued across issued Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas
Jackson’s vehicle was found by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol around mile marker 6 near Erick, Oklahoma, about 500 miles from the Leavenworth home where the girls went missing and two boys were found dead.

The abducted girls were reportedly in the vehicle.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said in a statement on Saturday: "Earlier this evening, one of our troopers overheard Beckham County broadcasting a vehicle matching the description of the amber alert vehicle, getting fuel at the 26 mm on I-40. Two of our troopers headed that way.
"A short time later, Beckham County got a call from a truck driver that the vehicle was westbound at mile marker 7.
"One of our Port of Entry officers was at exit 7 and observed the vehicle go by. He got in behind the vehicle and activated his emergency lights."
"The officer gave the driver commands to exit the vehicle and he did so. Within 2 minutes of the stop, troopers and Beckham County deputies arrived and assisted in taking 40 year old Donny Jackson into custody.
"His 2 children that were with him are safe."

Jackson was arrested on suspicion of murder.
Leavenworth County Undersheriff Jim Sherley said law enforcement “had (prior) dealings” with Jackson.
“In a case like this, of course it’s difficult for an entire family, for a community, and for law enforcement as well; anytime a child is involved in a crime, it amps up the feelings,” Undersheriff Sherley said.
“All of our deputies are family members or parents themselves so when something like this transpires, it’s difficult on the first responders, the family and the community at large.”
A friend of the Jackson family told KSHB41 News the mother of the children is currently at the Leavenworth Police Department for her safety and that of another young child.
