DONALD Trump tweeted that Philadelphia "must have pollwatchers" after violent riots erupted over Walter Wallace's police shooting.
The city has erupted into unrest since the death of Walter Wallace Jr on Monday.

Overnight, the city burst into protest after the death of a 27-year-old black man.

Wallace, whose family said had mental health issues, was filmed chasing after two officers holding a knife.
He was gunned down in the streets in front of horrified onlookers after he refused to drop the blade.
He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead yesterday.
Later that day, disturbing footage showed a female cop being run over by a truck as the chaos continued.
At least 30 officers were hospitalized during a night of rioting and looting near a police station in the city.
Video posted on social media shows a truck crashing into an unidentified female cop, 56, as the vehicle charged towards a line of officers before 1am today.
The police officer sustained a broken leg in addition to several other injuries, local media reports.
Demonstrators began throwing bricks, trash cans and other objects at officers during the chaos which included fires being lit in the streets.
