Brock Lesnar hasn’t been seen on WWE television since WrestleMania 36 in April – and he looks very different now.
The former world champion is one of the most recognisable athletes in the world, and his undeniable dominance is well known to fans in the world of pro wrestling and UFC.
Typically, the tattooed superstar sports a clean shaven look, but in a recent photo uploaded to reddit, he can be seen with a blonde goatee and the hint of a smile – which almost looks more sinister.
Brock has never gone with a beard during his WWE run, but maybe the Beast Incarnate will be tempted to freshen up his style when he makes his eventual return.
As is the case with Lesnar, fans aren’t sure when he’ll pop back up next after losing the WWE Title to Drew McIntyre in the main event of this year’s two night edition of WrestleMania.
His close friend and advocate Paul Heyman recently commented on Brock’s hiatus from the world of wrestling and UFC during the pandemic, and hinted a comeback could be a while off.
He told ESPN: ‘Right now, he’s very happy being a farmer and a magnificent father to his children.
‘However, if there’s something that WWE can offer that intrigues, motivates, or inspires Lesnar, and if the money is right and the business is solid, I’m sure he would be willing to do it.’
Heyman, meanwhile, can be seen on SmackDown each and every week by the side of the Universal Champion Roman Reigns – a partnership he claims has been in the pipeline for a long time.
Reflecting on their relationship on and off screen, Heyman said: ‘Now if you review how Roman Reigns debuted on the main roster, it was just about 8 years ago to the day where Roman Reigns debuted as part of The Shield.
‘And The Shield was brought in by Paul Heyman to protect the title reign of the then champion CM Punk.
‘So this has been in the works ever since Roman Reigns debuted on the main roster and I would dare say this has been in the works since the day Roman Reigns was born.’
